Bucketts Way Neighbourhood Group Inc. (BWNG) is looking to expand our Ageing and Disability Services Team.
We have multiple opportunities available for flexible and compassionate qualified Support Workers who hold an Ageing and Disability Services qualification at a minimum of Certificate III.
These rewarding roles offer a foot in the door with one of Gloucester’s largest employers (and the only locally-based Ageing and Disability services provider), as well as benefits such as salary packaging, flexibility and ongoing learning and development.
In the available positions, the successful applicants will provide both aged care and disability services in private homes as well as our activities hub known as ‘The Cottage’.
With empathy and compassion, the successful applicants will make a difference in the lives of local people by providing personal care, domestic assistance, help with meals and support in the community.
Ideally, we seek candidates who are available to work five days per week, however contracted hours may be negotiable for the right applicant. These roles fall under MA000100 – Social and Community Services Award 2010.
