Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in Bucketts Way Neighbourhood Group Inc. (BWNG) First-Meal-Free offer as advertised in the Gloucester News of the Area weekly publication. The terms and conditions of this offer are as follows:

Eligibility 

• This offer is open to customers who meet the specified criteria outlined in the promotional details.
• The offer is not available to current Meals on Wheels clients or people who have previously received Meals on Wheels from BWNG. 
• Limited to Gloucester residents only

Offer Details

• Must have a My Aged Care referral for meals through the Commonwealth Home      Support Programme (CHSP). Our team can help you organise this. 
• Must register as an aged care client of BWNG 
• Limit of one free-of-charge meal per person 
• Hot daily meal menu only. Not applicable to frozen meals. 

Redemption

• Contact BWNG Ph: 6558 2454 and mention the NOTA ad
• Sign a service agreement with BWNG to become a client of the organisation.

Validity

• The free meal offer is valid only until 30/05/2025 as specified on our website or promotional material.
• The offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.
• Must mention the NOTA ad to be eligible for this offer. 

Restrictions

• No cash alternatives, substitutions, or exchanges are available for the free meal.
• The offer is not transferable and cannot be resold.

 Liability

• BWNG is not responsible for any technical issues or misinterpretation of the offer.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with the terms of the offer.

Modification and Termination  

• BWNG reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this offer at any time at its sole discretion.
• Any changes to the terms and conditions will be updated on our website.
